Our bike is self-contained, with no outlet, no water hookup, and no generator, and it sets up in about fifteen minutes on gravel, dirt, grass, or a tasting room floor. It holds a footprint about the size of a folding table.

For weddings, the pattern out here is consistent: guests arrive from Tucson or Phoenix, stay the night, and the couple wants something for the stretch between dinner and the last dance. An espresso bar covers it, and a morning after coffee service for out of town guests turns a wedding into a weekend. For winery events, coffee keeps visitors on the property between pours and gives designated drivers something worth ordering.

The full menu comes with us: espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cortados, mochas, cold brew, iced drinks, chai, matcha, hot chocolate, and Italian sodas, with oat, almond, and coconut milk always stocked. A custom signature drink and a matching menu board are easy to add.

Willcox is a little over an hour from our Sierra Vista base, and travel is quoted up front and in writing. Booking locally still costs less than bringing an operator down from the Valley for the same date.
