Lucy's Coffee Express is based in Sierra Vista, and as far as we know we are the only mobile coffee bike based in Cochise County. Most operators who will quote you for a date out here are driving in from Tucson or the Phoenix metro, and that drive time lands in the quote as travel, mileage, and sometimes a minimum booking length you did not want. We are already here.

We cover the county: Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca, Huachuca City and Whetstone, Bisbee, Tombstone, Benson and St. David, Willcox, and Douglas, plus the Sonoita, Elgin, and Patagonia wine country just over the line in Santa Cruz County. Drive times from our Sierra Vista base run from ten minutes to Huachuca City, about twenty miles to Tombstone, half an hour to Bisbee, forty minutes to Benson, forty five minutes to Sonoita, and a little over an hour to Willcox or Douglas. Travel is quoted up front in writing, and it stays small because the distances are short.

The bike is the reason this works. It is a three wheel, fully self-contained espresso bar: no power outlet, no water hookup, no generator. It fits through a standard 36 inch doorway, holds a footprint about the size of a folding table, and sets up in roughly fifteen minutes on grass, gravel, dirt, tile, or carpet. That covers the venues this county actually has, including barns, vineyards, parade fields, historic storefronts, park pavilions, parish halls, and back yards, where a coffee truck is either impossible to park or too loud to use.

Every booking includes a professional barista for the full event, a commercial espresso machine and grinder, the complete hot and iced menu, dairy free milk alternatives, cups and supplies, and setup and teardown. Branded cups, a custom signature drink, a hand lettered menu board, and pastry pairings are available as add ons.
